Program Description

Project Access Interns and Fellows will work to implement a practical and genuine welcome for everyone,
everywhere to America's excellent museums, science and technology centers, zoos, aquariums, historic sites,
botanical gardens, national parks, performing arts centers, and sports arenas.

As an Intern or Fellow, you will help Project Access expand its outreach efforts in communities across the country.
Participants both the Fellows, comprised of college and graduate school students, and Interns, comprised of high school
or middle school students-who complete the program will leave with a better understanding of the most effective tools and
methods that arts, education, and cultural organizations use to make their resources accessible to people with disabilities,
and will have made a difference in these communities.

Project Access Fellows and Interns

As a Fellow (college and graduate students) or Intern (middle school and high school students), you can work
within your school or in your community. All internships and fellowships are unpaid volunteer positions, although it
may be possible to receive high school or college credits if your school agrees to participate.
