Event Description
"Includes coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Postures or asanas include Surya Namaskar A, Downward Dog, Upward Dog, Virabhadrasana I & II (or Warrior I & II), Parsvakonasana (side angle pose), and Trikonasana (triangle pose). Then, we work through Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose), Ustrasana (camel pose) or supported Matsyasana (fish pose), and a few cool down poses."
